Frequently asked questions

Before you buy

How does buying work?

Add the extension to the cart, enter your e-mail and pay by card via Stripe. An account is created automatically, where you will find your downloads and orders.

How do updates work?

After purchase, you receive a licence key by e-mail. Paste it once in Joomla, under System › Update Sites. For 1 year, every new version appears in System › Update › Extensions and installs in one click. Your keys and downloads are in My licences. After one year the extension keeps working; only access to new versions stops, and you can renew at any time.

How do I install an extension?

In Joomla: System › Install › Extensions, then drop the downloaded ZIP file. The extension enables itself and the element appears in the YOOtheme Pro page builder, in the “IdealPC” group. A new version installs the same way, over the old one.

Which versions is it compatible with?

Joomla 4.4, 5 and 6, PHP 8.1 to 8.4. Ideal Grid and Ideal Horaires require YOOtheme Pro 4 or 5; Ideal Statut works with or without YOOtheme (module included). All extensions are available in English, French, German and Italian.

What happens after 1 year?

The extension keeps working with no time limit. Only access to new versions and support are limited to 12 months.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, the order confirmation is sent to you by e-mail and remains available in your account.

Do you also do custom work?

Yes, that is my job: Joomla extensions, YOOtheme Pro elements, connectors and web applications. Tell me what you need.
